This report provides basic suburb information. It provides an overview of some of the metrics we look at when we intend to invest in property. For a suburb to be an investment grade location we look at whole range of items, some of which include cosmopolitan mix, high or improving household income, income above state average, high proportion of owner occupiers and low proportion of housing estates.

These are just some of the metrics, but they should be sufficient to jump start the property investment journey. We believe the property investing journey starts with due diligence, part of the analysis is to understand the suburbs we are looking at.
